What is our Return policy?

We offer replacement of Products ordered on Habeeba International within 14 days from the receipt of delivery of the order. The only condition for the same is that the product must not be used and its original condition, tags, and packaging are intact.


What is the refund policy for the returned item ?

We attempt to process your refunds within 14 business days from the date the returned product clears the quality Check at the warehouse . However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the transaction is initiated by Habeeba International. In case of any refund discrepancies, Habeeba International may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Habeeba International may refuse a refund request if we find affirmation of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles Habeeba International to a claim against you without any prejudice.


How does Refund work, based on the different modes of payment ?

If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 14 business days from the date of transaction initiated by Habeeba International, after the products clear the quality Check process, with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible incase wrong information has been provided to it.


How do I return/exchange my order ?

We offer easy self-service return process. To return/exchange your order, You will get a refund once your order is checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Since we do not provide reverse pick up, customer would have to courier us back the article & we request you to send the items to our warehouse using a courier company available in your location. Please ensure that the Products are in unused condition with their original packing and tags intact. After sending the shipment, please mail us the shipment details so that we can track the article . Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the same, provided only all such returns which are made against manufacturing defects will be refunded by the company

Habeeba International reserves the sole right on deciding refund/return of any sold merchandise . All disputes are subject to Kanpur jurisdiction only.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

What is HxLondon Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
